Keys or Coffee - property prize draw
Launching a New Kind of Property Prize Draw
Keys or Coffee is a new UK property competition, endorsed by TV property experts Stuart and Scarlette Douglas (Worst House on the Street, Can’t Sell Must Sell, George Clarke’s Flipping Fast).
For the price of a coffee, entrants have the chance to win a fully renovated home – one they help design through a series of public votes.
We were brought in to help shape the campaign that would take this new proposition to market.
The Challenge. This wasn’t just about promotion – it was about making a new idea instantly understandable and compelling – a competition that blends property, participation and entertainment. needed to build credibility and excitement from day one.
Audiences follow the journey of a Bournemouth property renovation, voting on key design decisions along the way – from layout to finishes. One entrant ultimately wins the completed home.
Our role was to make this offer clear, credible and exciting at first glance on OOO settings.
Our film partner, Paul Friend/Face Media Enterprises, prouduced and shaped the TV ad featuring Stuart and Scarlette as trusted guides.
Radio and OOH was planned with our partners Inform Advertising. Media placement prioritised a Bus campaign for high visibility, supported with radio ads.
The result worked consistently across formats – from large-scale outdoor to digital and print.
In Summary
This was a project about clarity as much as creativity.
A home shaped by the public, won by one.
