We begin each show, 18 months before the event and work towards the opening date. Firstly, by interrogating the prior show stats and outcomes as well as exhibitor and visitor reviews. We then establish how we can improve, and then apply that to the branding and creative of the next show.
Information is vital to both help engage exhibitors for the next show and to establish where to best position for visitors, within this fast-changing (huge) industry.
The show is an industry-led event, the first in the UK, and still the biggest and most diverse.
