When the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) got in touch, they already had a large resource of well-branded materials. However, with the restrictions of a pandemic, the volume and amount of information were not so easily communicated online or via virtual coaching sessions. So we were appointed to help.

We reviewed the extensive brand guidelines and expert information available.  It was clear there were many important words but engaging coaches, and making sure essential information was communicated was paramount.

We started by creating infographics for key communication of the Performance Coaching Principles.  These were then added to a paired down PowerPoint and videos were embedded to enable easier communication and information assimilation.

Two master PowerPoints were then produced, one basic and the other fully animated.  These were readily adopted and are being used successfully.
