The PLx Awards and Conference is UK Sport’s annual gathering for leaders across the Olympic and Paralympic high-performance system.
We are briefed to provide a cohesive, premium and inclusive visual identity that could work across conference spaces and a high-profile awards ceremony – celebrating excellence while reinforcing PLx as a place for connection and learning.

We delivered the end-to-end event branding and visual experience, translating the PLx identity into a clear, confident system that worked at scale, in motion and in the breakout and main event rooms.

The venue consequently had a strong PLx presence throughout the event, with large-format external and internal branding, wayfinding and creating a unified space for delegates.

We created bespoke stage and screen animations for the awards ceremony, setting the tone and pace of the evening and ensuring a seamless on-stage experience.

We designed the awards certificates, nominee boards and bespoke delegate passes as integral parts of the experience. The fast-frame nominee boards became a central visual feature, celebrating shortlisted individuals and teams.

The PLx Awards 2025 brought the high-performance community together in Leeds to celebrate nine winners across Olympic and Paralympic sport, recognising excellence in performance, coaching, collaboration and innovation.

By integrating venue branding, large-scale graphics, digital animation and print, we helped UK Sport deliver a confident, coherent and memorable event experience that reflected the ambition and values at the heart of PLx.
